RCsteel7 Release 3.2.6 (64 bit)

It includes the design of reinforced concrete columns and beams. ​

Full details about the concrete solvers are included in the Help file and a small test model with both Steel and Concrete members is included in the Inital files that can be downloaded here.

When RCsteel is installed, it will uninstall older versions of RCsteel7 but will not uninstall BCDsteel.

If there is an existing copy of BCDsteel installed on a computer, when RCsteel7 first runs, it will copy the users settings and licence information as used by BCDsteel. 

​RCsteel7 Release 3.2 is a major upgrade that is offered free to all users who purchased BCDsteel since 1 January 2019 or have since upgraded  from the 32 bit version of BCDsteel to the 64 bit version. 

Any other existing users who wish to install RCsteel7 will need to upgrade to the 64 bit version which costs $200 (Australian) per Licence. 

Significant changes with RCsteel7 Release 3.2.6:

• Fixed problem with [Select] button on Edit page – selected beams and nodes were displayed correctly but the lower Status bar was not always updated in which case the selection was not recognised as having been selected.
• Fixed problem with US steel design that affected UR9, combined bending and tension H1.2.

If installing RCsteel7 for the first time, then also download the Initial files. This is a zip file that should be saved in a temporary working folder, then Extract All. 

If neither BCDsteel or RCsteel7 has been run before, then read the instructions before running RCsteel7 the first time.

The file includes a small test model with both Steel and Concrete members.
